Setting up a Family Meeting

  • Scheduling meetings on the calendar and respect that time.
  • Set out the agenda before hand so family members can add their issues to the list.
  • Keep your meetings short and to the point
  • Assign roles to each family member (note taker, snacks, chair-person, time keeper…)
